These cookies have it all! Chewy oats, rich semi-sweet chocolate chips, and a hint of tropical flavor from shredded coconut and chopped pecans for an extra crunch. Perfectly sweet and satisfying! These are huge weighing in at almost 4 oz. per cookie.

Yes I have gotten cookies from you many times. I have only good things to say about them. Everyone that I have given one to has said the same about them. I will be ordering from Allie Oop Bakery for some time too come 😋
What a treat! I have one of these cookies with my first cup of coffee when I get up in the morning . (They're especially delicious after 10 seconds in the microwave.) Breakfast of Champions!
The gourmet cowboy cookies were a Christmas gift for my brother, who is actually a chef and that is his favorite kind of cookie. Since he is a professional, I was worried, but wanted him to not have to bake for himself for once. He reported back that they were the best cowboy cookies he had ever had and that his partner kept asking for bites too and taking big bites. Next time I will order a higher count of cookies.
